The purchase of any works of art from The Green Street Company online gallery store whether they are paintings or prints entitles the buyer to a license agreement to enjoy the artwork of The Green Street Company for their own personal use.

All copyright and licensing rights are retained by The Green Street Company/Country and Crafts and are non transferable and non negotiable. The purchase of a work of art from The Green Street Company does not allow the sale of this image in anyway, by print or electronic media or any other means.

The sale of any of our paintings or prints does not include the reproduction rights to the image. By purchasing artwork from the Green Street Company you acknowledge and accept the terms as stated herein as to the legal copyright holder (Sheila and Michael Edwards or Michelle Edwards) and fully agree to these terms as specified by the owner of the image (The Green Street Company/Country and Crafts).

Purchasing a painting featuring the original art work of Sheila and Michael Edwards or Michelle Edwards, from this web site online gallery/store or any other gallery whether it be private or public or local, national or international means that you are agreeing to the stated terms and the contract is binding and legal for all purposes, locally, nationally and internationally. This is an infinite agreement between you the customer/buyer/client and the Artist/owner and legal copyright holders Sheila and Michael Edwards, Michelle Edwards, and any heirs apparent.
